I didn't like how they handled my situation, I transferred from another state to this location and was told not to worry they will take care of everything else. I was enrolled on autopay before I transferred here, well I was looking for a better rate elsewhere and found cheaper, I moved to another insurance agent, this office got my notice and they failed to understand what the actual cancelation date and the date we signed on. I signed these documents early on about 2 weeks before cancelation just to give them a heads up. Their underwriters canceled my insurance on the day I signed when it clearly states on another different day. This caused dmv to flag my license now I have to pay an insurance lapse fee which Janine and her team could not rectify. I'm just disappointed at this office.
